How a folder is done
- Choose or drop several photos at once. The first opens on the stage as the reference frame.
- Place any fixes and set any steps on that frame as usual.
- Under the stage, choose Auto for each photo, the same values, or leave as shot; tick any fix that belongs to every frame.
- Run it. Each row prints the disc used, any refusals and any angle read on that frame. Save the ZIP.
Saved JPGs keep the camera details without location. Related: Remove spots from a photo for sensor dust, Auto fix a photo for one photo's Auto values.
Questions about batches
- Why are spot fixes off by default?
- Because a spot belongs to the photo it was placed on. The one honest exception is sensor dust, which sits at the same coordinates on every frame from one camera — tick the spot for that. Each ticked fix is then asked again on each frame, and refused there if it does not fit.
- What if the photos are different shapes?
- Fixes are stored as positions relative to the frame, so they land in the same place on a frame of the same shape. A crop is applied only to frames the same shape as the first, and a frame of a different shape says so in its row.
- How many photos can I do at once?
- There is no fixed count. Frames are done one at a time in this tab, each with the same size limits as a single photo, and the ZIP is built in memory. Very large folders are limited by the memory of your device.
